WHAT is Workplace Happiness?

Workplace Happiness is when work is a source of fulfilment and purpose, contributing to our overall well-being. It's what we all want and deserve.


Work isn’t supposed to be fun all the time. But neither should it make us physically or mentally sick or upend our personal lives.

WHY pursue it?

 Happy, engaged employees are key to operational success. 


Research shows that workplace happiness leads to enhanced health, safety, and productivity for employees; improved customer satisfaction; and cost savings for organizations.

HOW do you get it?

The Happiness Department helps deliver an employee experience that supports well-being, avoids burnout and creates the conditions for meaningful & fulfilling work. Changes don't have to be large or expensive to be effective.
